Growth Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: Remote from Brazil, Mexico, or Costa Rica; U.S. Business Hours

hirify.global is hiring for a client seeking an AI-first marketer focused on organic growth, content, SEO, and marketing operations.

What you will do

• Plan and execute organic growth across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
• Create and repurpose blogs, PR content, social posts, and marketing assets across multiple channels.
• Own keyword and content strategy, backlink acquisition, competitor analysis, and SEO performance improvements.
• Coordinate website initiatives, content updates, and landing pages using Astro and headless WordPress.
• Support email marketing, Google Ads, revenue operations, analytics, and shareholder reporting.
• Build AI-assisted workflows with ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper AI, Copy.ai, and similar tools to improve execution speed and automate repetitive processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or marketing operations.
• Hands-on experience with content creation, social media, SEO, keyword research, backlinks, and organic search.
• Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
• Familiarity with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Buffer or Hootsuite, and Canva.
• Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools into real marketing workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal English, availability during U.S. Business Hours, and ability to work remotely from Brazil, Mexico, or Costa Rica.

Nice to have

• Headless WordPress or Astro experience.
• Surfer SEO and Google Search Console experience.
• PR or backlink outreach experience.
• Marketing automation, RevOps, or executive and shareholder marketing reporting experience.
