What you will do

• Own the end-to-end growth funnel and drive acquisition strategy across the entire customer journey.
• Launch and validate new paid channels including LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, Search, communities, and webinars.
• Design, test, and optimize funnels, offers, and landing page experiments to improve conversion.
• Analyze full-funnel economics (CAC, conversion, cohorts, revenue) and make weekly scale-or-kill decisions.
• Develop audience insights by combining data with customer research, sales calls, and market signals.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Paid Marketing, Analytics, Content, and Sales to bring new programs to sustainable growth.

Requirements

• Fluent English and strong communication skills in a remote, cross-functional environment.
• 3+ years of experience in Growth, Performance, or Full-Funnel Marketing.
• Hands-on experience launching and scaling paid acquisition campaigns with meaningful budgets.
• Strong understanding of growth metrics, unit economics, and experimentation frameworks.
• Ability to work with niche audiences, ambiguous data, and hypothesis-driven decision making.
• Experience briefing cross-functional teams and owning outcomes rather than execution alone.
• AI-native workflow: confidently use AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, content creation, and experimentation.
