BPL Account Manager - Valere Commercial

Valere Commercial is its private real estate lending business focused on flexible financing for real estate investors.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers and build long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate onboarding, underwriting, closing, and funding workflows with Operations, Closing, and Underwriting teams.
• Review loan files, required documentation, and funding packages for compliance and accuracy.
• Manage multiple loan files and client relationships simultaneously.
• Monitor borrowers' lines of credit to support maximum utilization.
• Update policies and procedures and assist with training new team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial services and/or real estate.
• Experience leading transaction teams and managing customer interactions.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
• Advanced knowledge of the loan closing process.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
