Payroll Account Manager

Salary: $26–$34 per hour, equivalent to approximately $4,160–$5,440 per month based on 160 hours.

What you will do

• Manage payroll processing for multiple clients and multiple EINs.
• Serve as the primary contact for payroll-related questions and issues.
• Ensure payroll accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and data integrity.
• Resolve payroll issues using sound judgment and clear communication.
• Build positive, service-oriented relationships with clients.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of payroll administration and payroll processing experience.
• At least 1 year of experience processing payroll for 8 or more EINs across multiple clients.
• At least 2 years of experience with HRIS platforms, preferably UKG Ready.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• An associate degree in accounting, business administration, HR, finance, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

• Multi-state payroll experience.
• Experience with PEO or HR shared services.
