What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of fund structures.
• Coordinate legal, tax, and other professional advice for clients.
• Review day-to-day administration including calls, distributions, and quarterly investor reporting.
• Organize and lead client board and shareholders meetings.
• Manage client billing and analysis of time spent, including aged debtors management.
• Supervise, train, and participate in the appraisal process for staff members.

Requirements

• 4+ years of financial services experience, ideally within the Funds industry.
• Relevant professional qualification, preferably CGI or equivalent.
• Proven experience in people management.
• Evidence of managing client relationships.
• Strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
