Staff Product Manager (AI Foundations)

Location: Remote U.S.

Salary: $243,000–$286,000 base pay per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for hirify.global’s core AI capabilities, including the agent harness and AI quality and evaluation stack.
• Analyze agent traces and customer usage to identify and prioritize high-impact improvements.
• Build golden datasets, automated evaluators aligned with expert judgment, and self-service evaluation tooling.
• Scale the agent harness while balancing cost, latency, reliability, and safety.
• Define quality, launch-readiness, and observability standards and drive adoption across product teams.
• Partner with EPD teams and other AI teams to turn proven patterns into shared capabilities and help shape product culture.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including platform, infrastructure, or technically deep products.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI agents, including knowledge of evaluations, observability, and quality signals.
• Experience managing foundational products through adoption goals, feedback loops, and user-driven prioritization.
• Ability to build credibility with senior engineers and contribute to deeply technical design discussions.
• Daily use of coding agents and strong curiosity about model and agent-tooling development.
• Strong systems thinking, communication, influence, and ability to lead through ambiguity.
