Senior Product Manager, AI Platform (B2C exp in fintech, retail investing, financial media)

Salary: USD 125,000–170,000 yearly

What you will do

• Own and evolve stock research and discovery experiences across an AI-powered investing platform.
• Research investor needs through interviews, usability testing, behavioral analysis, and quantitative data.
• Translate customer problems and investing workflows into product opportunities, requirements, roadmaps, and execution plans.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and Equity Research to build AI-powered reports, screeners, company pages, recommendations, watchlists, portfolio insights, and conversational research interfaces.
• Define how AI-generated research communicates reasoning, evidence, sources, assumptions, uncertainty, and risk.
• Set product metrics, analyze funnels and cohorts, run experiments, and iterate based on user behavior.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience, including meaningful experience with B2C investing, brokerage, financial research, market-data, or investment-information products.
• Experience owning products used by self-directed retail investors, such as stock discovery, equity research, market data, watchlists, portfolio analytics, or investment recommendations.
• Strong public-equities fluency, including financial statements, earnings, valuation multiples, consensus estimates, catalysts, and investment theses.
• Experience taking consumer product features from discovery through launch and iteration, including requirements, prioritization, experimentation, and post-launch measurement.
• Strong quantitative product skills, including behavioral data, funnels, cohort analysis, experimentation, and product metrics.
• Excellent communication, product judgment, attention to detail, and ability to operate effectively in an early-stage environment.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI-powered consumer products or features.
• Experience with LLM-generated content, accuracy, explainability, source attribution, user trust, latency, and evaluation.
• Experience building high-engagement consumer or subscription products.
