Workplace Lead

Location: San Francisco, CA; onsite only

hirify.global is scaling its global office infrastructure and workplace operations.

What you will do

• Build workplace infrastructure, including vendor relationships, budgets, tooling, and scalable operating processes.
• Lead site selection, lease negotiations, office buildouts, and capacity planning for new markets.
• Partner with local counsel, contractors, and vendors to establish compliant and functional offices.
• Own day-to-day office operations and design employee, visitor, candidate, and guest experiences.
• Plan and execute offsites, all-hands meetings, board meetings, executive visits, and external-facing events.
• Hire and lead Office Coordinators and expand the workplace team as the company scales.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Workplace, Facilities, or a closely related operations role.
• Experience opening or scaling offices across multiple markets or countries.
• Proven ability to build systems and repeatable playbooks, not only run programs.
• Strong project management, vendor negotiation, and budget ownership skills.
• Strong hospitality instinct and attention to workplace details.
• Willingness to work onsite in the San Francisco office; remote applications are not considered.

• International experience with real estate and operational considerations across markets.
