Senior Workplace Manager (AI)

Location: New York Office, United States

Salary: $135,000–$154,000 USD annually, including OTE

What you will do

• Oversee daily workplace operations and maintain a well-stocked, organized, and welcoming New York office.
• Manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with landlords, security providers, and facilities partners.
• Own workplace budgets, forecasting, expense tracking, and procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.
• Develop office policies and lead safety, security, emergency preparedness, and compliance initiatives.
• Organize office events and engagement activities with global teams.
• Partner with IT and People & Culture on onboarding, offboarding, and workplace experience improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience with vendor negotiations, contract management, and budget tracking.
• Strong project management, organizational, prioritization, and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of office operations across the time difference with Berlin-based leadership.
• Knowledge of New York workplace compliance, safety, and security regulations.
