Focus on delivering office build-outs, negotiating vendor services, tracking lease obligations, and making independent decisions on space, spend, and operational priorities.

What you will do
- Run on-site operations, facilities services, life-safety programs, and workplace experience across EMEA and Middle East offices.
- Select, onboard, manage, and evaluate facilities management, security, food and beverage, and AV vendors.
- Deliver capital projects from design and contractor management through budgeting, scheduling, and handover.
- Track leases, renewal and break notices, landlord obligations, and service contract expiries across the regional portfolio.
- Act as the escalation point during regional business hours and partner with country, Finance, Legal, People, and Physical Security teams.
- Build and manage operating and capital budgets, forecast space requirements, and implement global workplace standards in new markets.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in workplace operations, corporate real estate, or facilities management.
- Direct ownership of multi-site operations and at least one office stand-up or major build-out delivered from the ground up.
- Hands-on project delivery experience in the UK and ideally the Middle East, including landlord, fit-out, permitting, vendor, and lease-related work.
- Experience scoping and negotiating service contracts, managing service levels, and replacing underperforming vendors.
- Ability to make and defend independent recommendations on space, spending, and project sequencing.
- Experience at a high-growth technology company scaling internationally.

- Hands-on work experience in the GCC.
