Senior Manager, HR Technology (AI)

What you will do

• Own the Workday HCM platform, including configuration, security, integrations, governance, and bi-annual release management.
• Maintain the Workday product roadmap, prioritize enhancements, and manage the platform backlog with HR Centers of Excellence and IT.
• Lead the HR technology automation roadmap and evaluate, pilot, and implement AI tools, intelligent notifications, Microsoft Copilot integrations, and workflow automation.
• Govern responsible AI use across People Operations in partnership with Risk & Security and People leadership.
• Manage, coach, and develop HRIS administrators and analysts while setting performance expectations and supporting technical growth.
• Partner with HR Analytics, COEs, IT, and business stakeholders on data quality, reporting architecture, technical requirements, and system changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive HRIS or HR technology experience, including 3–5 years of people management experience.
• Workday or similar HCM experience; multi-module experience across HCM, ERP, Payroll, Talent, Security, or Integrations is strongly preferred.
• Experience implementing or operating AI tools, workflow automation, or intelligent technology in an HR or enterprise environment.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, system governance, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent written and oral English; applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.
