Location: Hybrid; must be based in the US and work from one of hirify.global's offices (e.g., Mountain View, San Francisco) at least 3 days per week

Salary: $216,000 - 280,000 per year

What you will do

• Define the long-term technical vision and architecture for HRIS, ATS, Total Rewards, and Performance platforms.
• Act as the principal architect for internal people systems, designing employee data management and automated integration frameworks.
• Deploy AI-powered agents to replace manual HR workflows and automate employee self-service and reporting.
• Establish disciplined change management, data governance, and control frameworks for GDPR/CCPA compliance and public-company readiness.
• Partner with executive leadership in People, Finance, and Security IT to align technical roadmaps with business outcomes.
• Build and mentor a high-impact platform team with a focus on AI fluency and proactive system ownership.

Requirements

• 14+ years of experience in People/HR business technology, including 6+ years in leadership roles within high-growth tech environments.
• Hands-on configuration mastery of core HRIS platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, and Ashby.
• Proven track record of designing scalable data architectures and deploying advanced automation to improve efficiency.
• Experience operating in public-company environments with a strong understanding of compliance and security controls.
• Ability to influence C-level executives and manage strategic technology vendor relationships.
• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in designing, building, or deploying Agentic AI automation.
• Experience in master data management (MDM) within the HR domain.
