Executive Operations Professional (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA; on-site five days a week

hirify.global is a rapidly scaling AI startup building its Executive Operations function.

What you will do

• Act as a strategic operations partner to one or more members of the leadership team.
• Build business context, make recommendations, and keep leadership priorities moving.
• Establish and continuously improve operational processes as the company scales.
• Build cross-functional relationships and serve as a trusted point of contact for peers and leaders.
• Manage end-to-end interactions with candidates, customers, investors, and board members.
• Coordinate calendars, travel, meeting preparation, expenses, logistics, and high-stakes events.

Requirements

• Exceptional organization, accountability, accuracy, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, identify risks proactively, and make quick decisions.
• Confident, professional, and discreet communication when representing leadership.
• Comfort with ambiguity, autonomy, and building scalable systems in a startup environment.
• Tech-savvy and proficient with Slack, Notion, CRM systems such as Salesforce, Ramp, and other productivity tools.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting C-level executives or founders.
• Startup, technology, or AI industry experience.
• Experience at Series B, Series C, or growth-stage companies.
• Experience coordinating offsites, SKOs, or large customer-facing events.
