Epic Instructional Designer (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Design and develop Epic EHR training materials, e-learning content, and instructional resources.
• Create and maintain structured curricula, user documentation, and job aids.
• Build, configure, and test Epic training environments to ensure effective learning experiences.
• Collaborate with technical analysts and subject matter experts to gather requirements and validate content.
• Manage instructional design projects, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on learner feedback.

Requirements

• Required Epic Procedural Instructional Designer (ID) certification.
• Experience designing training programs and educational materials for Epic EHR systems.
• Hands-on experience with Optime and Anesthesia workflows.
• Familiarity with Epic modules such as Cupid, Radiant, and Lumens.
• Ability to create engaging e-learning modules, documentation, and job aids.
• Must be based in Brazil.
