What you will do

• Manage the comprehensive onboarding program for new Enrollment Specialists, including job-specific training on workflows and operations.
• Lead live virtual training sessions and develop engaging materials for both virtual and live formats.
• Design and build curricula, e-learning modules, SOPs, and job aids from the ground up.
• Own and maintain the Enrollment Handbook and Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure content accuracy.
• Collaborate with quality teams and managers to identify training needs and translate insights into enablement materials.
• Provide informal coaching to training coordinators to improve their facilitation and coaching skills.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in training curriculum development or instructional design, preferably in healthcare or insurance.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards is required.
• Experience developing and delivering both instructor-led and self-paced/virtual training programs.
• Experience working within an enrollment team or similar patient-facing administrative healthcare function.
• Must be based in the lower 48 United States due to contractual PHI access limitations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Education or Healthcare-related field).
