People Systems Analyst (Workday)

Salary: $99,220–$149,330 base pay annually, plus performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Provide Tier 1 production support for Workday, including business processes, validations, EIB files, calculated fields, and transactional processing.
• Configure, test, and implement Workday release features, enhancements, and fixes.
• Support integrations, conduct HR systems data audits, resolve inconsistencies, and contribute to People data governance.
• Own monthly executive KPI reporting and deliver custom Workday reports, workforce analytics, and ad hoc analyses.
• Improve reporting workflows with AI tools and automation to reduce manual data work.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, internal mobility, documentation, service desk monitoring, and operational improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in People Operations, People Analytics, HRIS, or a comparable role.
• Workday experience with exposure to at least one module is required.
• Ability to write test scripts, build EIB files, and troubleshoot configuration issues independently.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to data integrity.
• Discretion and ethical judgment when handling sensitive People data.
• Interest in technology, automation, and AI-assisted workflows.

• Experience with Workday time tracking, absence, or benefits modules.
