People Systems Senior Analyst (Workday/AI): Leading the implementation and ongoing ownership of Workday as a global HRIS, with an accent on scalable People processes, workflows, reporting, and data quality. Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY

What you will do
- Lead the Workday implementation through design, testing, go-live, and stabilization.
- Own Workday administration, configuration, optimization, governance, security, and data integrity as the global HRIS owner.
- Design scalable People processes, workflows, approvals, and automations across the employee lifecycle.
- Build reports, dashboards, and calculated fields for People, Finance, and business leaders.
- Improve data quality, integrations, and the employee and People team experience across the technology ecosystem.
- Help define and execute the long-term People systems roadmap as the company scales globally.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Workday.
- Deep hands-on Workday administration experience, including Core HCM.
- Experience leading or playing a key role in a Workday implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Workday configuration, business processes, security, and reporting.
- Experience building Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder partnership skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Workday Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Learning, or Absence modules.
- People Analytics or workforce reporting experience.
- Experience integrating Workday with Ashby, Okta, payroll providers, or workforce planning tools.
- Workday Pro certifications.
- Experience in a high-growth technology company.
