Product Engineer / Product Manager (AI)

Location: SF Bay Area; on-site

Salary: $180K–$500K per year plus equity

What you will do

• Own and drive the metrics of a product line.
• Talk to users daily, review recordings, and analyze funnels.
• Ship product improvements quickly to production.
• Build v0 prototypes and hand off more complex features.
• Contribute to the people and process aspects of product solutions.
• Help teams adopt AI-assisted building skills and keep products aligned with vision and business goals.

Requirements

• Experience building and shipping products as a product manager, designer, engineer, or founder.
• Ability to navigate user problems and solution spaces.
• Ability to move quickly and deliver immediate value.
• Experience building with AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Devin.
• Strong product and design judgment.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, plus the ability to prioritize across many moving parts.
