Infrastructure Engineer (AI Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Diagnose and troubleshoot rack-level GPU hardware faults using system logs, kernel logs, and BMC Redfish APIs.
• Coordinate with Data Center Operations, Hardware Engineering, and Capacity Planning teams to repair failed hardware and deliver upgrades across the fleet.
• Automate fleet management processes and develop hardware diagnostics, provisioning, and repair tools.
• Create repeatable processes, documentation, and tooling for hardware issue resolution.
• Test and validate next-generation AI hardware and servers returned from repair.
• Participate in an on-call rotation with US teams to provide follow-the-sun coverage.

Requirements

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of Linux internals and confidence working in a terminal.
• Experience with server-class hardware and provisioning.
• Fundamental understanding of hardware, firmware, and networking faults.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent self-educated computer science fundamentals.

Nice to have

• Experience operating GPUs at large scale.
• Programming proficiency in Python, Go, or a similar language.
