What you will do

• Own MDM and endpoint security for distributed macOS and Windows devices, including zero-touch provisioning, patching, and configuration-as-code.
• Administer Okta or an equivalent identity platform, including SSO, MFA, SCIM, onboarding, offboarding, and least-privilege access.
• Manage Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, and the broader SaaS environment while controlling shadow IT, OAuth risk, licenses, and access.
• Build security and compliance controls, access reviews, and continuously maintained audit evidence for SOC 2, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001.
• Automate IT operations with Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, Okta Workflows, AI-driven helpdesk tooling, and similar technologies.
• Act as the senior escalation point, maintain runbooks, support the IT roadmap, and mentor other IT team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in corporate IT, IT operations, or IT systems engineering, preferably supporting distributed teams.
• Hands-on expertise with Jamf Pro, Intune, or Kandji for macOS and Windows fleet management.
• Experience managing identity providers, SSO, MFA, provisioning, deprovisioning, and SaaS governance.
• Practical experience supporting SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS compliance, including access reviews and audit evidence.
• Experience with scripting or workflow automation and networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
• Advanced written and spoken English proficiency is required.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI-driven IT automation, agentic helpdesk tooling, or AI assistant workflows.
• Hardware lifecycle and IT asset management experience at scale.
• Payments or fintech industry experience and familiarity with Zero Trust, PAM, and least-privilege models.
• Configuration-as-code for endpoints and experience governing AI tools or agents.
• Spanish proficiency.
