What you will do

• Design and build automation and services to operate M365 platforms at scale.
• Write production-quality code using PowerShell, Python, or similar languages.
• Architect systems to improve reliability, scalability, and performance of SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Integrate M365 services into broader cloud and identity ecosystems.
• Own services end-to-end using a DevOps model, incorporating CI/CD and testing.
• Lead design reviews and architectural decisions for large-scale collaboration platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of M365 and Azure experience, specifically with SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
• Professional software development experience (non-internship).
• Proficiency in at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, or Ruby.
• Strong knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals including networking, storage, and operating systems.
• Experience in designing and architecting scalable and reliable systems.

Nice to have

• Experience building services using AWS products.
• SharePoint on-premise administrative experience (e.g., SharePoint 2016).
• Experience working in an Agile environment using Scrum methodology.
