Salary: $163,270–$224,500 USD per year, plus equity and discretionary incentive bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end development, delivery, maintenance, and adoption of scalable financial analytics and reporting.
• Build and improve COGS, manufacturing cost, and other finance processes and analytical frameworks.
• Review business processes and recommend improvements to strengthen data collection, cost visibility, and decision-making.
• Integrate data from finance, ERP, manufacturing, supply chain, planning, production, engineering, and quality systems.
• Collaborate with software development, enterprise applications, finance, business development, and program management stakeholders.
• Provide strategic guidance on process improvement and support annual operating plan objectives.

Requirements

• Ability to lawfully access US export-controlled information and technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in data analytics, cost modeling, business transformation, and finance functions.
• Deep knowledge of cost accounting, Chart of Accounts, General Ledger, cost elements, manufacturing COGS, inventory, and financial reporting.
• Experience with overhead allocation, standard or activity-based costing, burden rates, BOMs, routings, work orders, and production processes.
• Application development experience with Python and SQL, plus experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle Fusion or SAP.

Nice to have

• Experience in a startup, consulting, finance, or other high-growth environment.
• Experience building dashboards and reports with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Azure, Snowflake, Fabric, or other cloud data platforms.
• Experience integrating ERP, MES, PLM, and data-platform information for analysis.
