Consult Associate Partner (Retail/CPG)

What you will do

• Lead complex consulting engagements and multidisciplinary teams for major retail and CPG accounts.
• Develop strategic change agendas connecting complex business and IT solutions, AI, and infrastructure.
• Build trusted relationships with CXO-level customers and lead senior executive interactions.
• Identify, pursue, and convert business development opportunities while managing scope, fees, margins, and risk.
• Oversee engagement delivery, utilization, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
• Shape strategic initiatives, thought leadership, innovation, and the consulting practice’s external reputation.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in CXO-level customer engagement and relationship management.
• Demonstrated ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives.
• Proven experience leading complex projects with multidisciplinary teams in consulting, corporate, or public-sector environments.
• Financial acumen, including revenue growth, margin management, and high-value business development.
• Deep understanding of industry trends and technology, with the ability to innovate and drive change.
• Strong personal brand and presence in the industry.
