Digital Advisor, Americas

Location: Louisville, Kentucky, or The Woodlands/Houston, Texas, USA. Hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days remote; requires approximately 40–50% travel throughout the Americas and occasional international travel.

What you will do

• Partner with Sales Account Managers to identify and support CLARITY™ and CLARITY™ Prime subscription opportunities across the Americas.
• Lead the onboarding of more than 20 customer plants annually, coordinating data integration, platform setup, training, and user adoption.
• Deliver customer training on dashboards, KPIs, visualization, monitoring tools, and AI-powered platform features.
• Create tailored value propositions, presentations, commercial proposals, and technical materials.
• Act as the regional CLARITY™ subject matter expert and enable customer-facing colleagues.
• Collaborate with global product and technology teams, while tracking customer value such as efficiency, energy savings, stability, and uptime.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the chemical, petrochemical, catalyst, or related process industry in a customer-facing technical, advisory, or commercial support role.
• Understanding of catalyst applications and the ability to translate digital, data analytics, and AI/ML capabilities into customer value and business cases.
• Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills with a commercial and customer-focused approach.
• Fluent English is required.
• Ability and willingness to travel 40–50% throughout the Americas, with occasional international travel.

• Experience with industrial digital or SaaS platforms and data analytics tools.
• Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills.
