Company

hirify.global develops the hirify.global Suite, a full-stack generative AI platform built around its SN40L chip for enterprise and government organizations.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain Linux kernel-space drivers for high-speed I/O and memory subsystems.
  • Enable system bring-up and integrate drivers across new silicon and system configurations.
  • Debug complex issues across kernel, firmware, and hardware layers and drive them to root cause and resolution.
  • Support PHY initialization and validation for high-speed interfaces in collaboration with hardware teams.
  • Build tools and frameworks for performance analysis, validation, manufacturing tests, and post-silicon automation.
  • Identify system bottlenecks and implement optimizations across driver and system layers.

Requirements

  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in kernel or low-level system software development.
  • Strong Linux fundamentals, including experience with the Linux kernel, drivers, user-space libraries, and applications.
  • Strong C/C++ programming and debugging skills, with scripting experience in Python and shell.
  • Experience with high-speed I/O or interconnects such as PCIe or Ethernet, system bring-up, and hardware-software co-debugging.
  • Experience with manufacturing test flows and tools including Git, Docker, Jenkins, or Bazel, plus build systems and toolchains such as GCC, LLVM, Make, or CMake.

Nice to have

  • Experience with PHY bring-up and initialization and the ability to interpret hardware specifications, schematics, and register-level documentation.
  • Exposure to pre-silicon validation using FPGA or emulation and post-silicon bring-up.
  • Experience with low-level hardware debugging using logs, trace tools, GDB, JTAG, or hardware debuggers.
  • Background in high-performance or accelerator-based systems.

Culture & Benefits

  • Full-time US employment includes base salary, equity, and benefits.
  • Medical insurance premiums are covered at 95% for employees and 77% for dependents.
  • Benefits include HSA with employer contribution, dental and vision insurance, disability and life insurance, AD&D, and FSA options.
