Product Management Director (Fintech)

Location: Remote - Nationwide, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT sponsorship, is not available. Remote employees must maintain reliable high-speed wired internet and a suitable home workspace.

Base salary: $138,000–$200,100 per year, with potential bonus participation.

What you will do

• Establish product, service, and customer-tool strategies and roadmaps.
• Drive customer experience initiatives and transform strategy into execution.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for tools supporting assigned customer groups.
• Analyze competitive intelligence and external offerings, providing recommendations to stakeholders.
• Define KPIs and measure results to ensure product initiatives achieve expected business outcomes.
• Mentor product team members and collaborate with Workplace Solutions and Personal Wealth leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant business experience.
• Experience working with financial service providers and understanding of the marketplace.
• Senior leadership experience within Product and across an organization.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, project management, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• FINRA fingerprinting and U.S. work authorization required.
