What you will do

• Advise and support enterprise customers on data protection and privacy compliance.
• Build long-term customer relationships and help clients address evolving privacy and compliance requirements.
• Recommend and implement efficient, scalable compliance measures using hirify.global as a central privacy hub.
• Design and roll out data protection policies, procedures, and controls.
• Conduct data protection impact and risk assessments using automation to improve speed and consistency.
• Use AI tools beyond basic prompting and share customer feedback to support platform and service development.

Requirements

• Initial experience in privacy, compliance, consulting, or another customer-facing environment.
• Pragmatic, customer-first approach focused on workable and scalable solutions.
• Confident and thoughtful use of AI tools to improve quality, speed, and impact.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple customer initiatives.
• Clear communication, stakeholder management, ownership, and proactivity.
• Excellent German and English skills required.
