Location: Berlin or London; remote-flexible hybrid with 3 days per week in the office. Up to 4 remote calendar weeks per year.

hirify.global is building an integrated operating infrastructure platform for private markets, combining secure data infrastructure, AI-powered workflows, and expert fund services.

What you will do

• Lead high-priority, high-urgency strategic projects from problem definition through completion.
• Coordinate stakeholders, including senior leadership, and drive alignment across departments.
• Conduct opportunity assessments covering new markets, business lines, and products.
• Run one large project with multiple workstreams or several projects in parallel.
• Identify the company’s next priorities and turn them into completed initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth VC-backed startup.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, including the ability to break down ambiguous problems and identify root causes.
• Experience designing and executing analyses end-to-end, rigorously quality-checking work, and delivering decision-oriented outputs.
• Ability to build alignment across functions and with senior stakeholders without relying on formal authority.
• Independent, proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Fluent English required.

• Hands-on startup experience.

• Experience using AI-assisted research, drafting, and analysis tools.
