What you will do

• Develop and position strategic change agendas for C-suite executives across the largest FSI accounts.
• Drive significant financial outcomes by meeting signings, revenue targets, and managing profit margins.
• Build and maintain deep, trusted advisor relationships with CXO-level customers.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements from scoping to execution.
• Design high-performance customer solutions that integrate AI and infrastructure at scale.
• Contribute to the company's strategic vision and enhance organizational brand through thought leadership.

Requirements

• Approximately 15 years of professional experience in CXO-level customer engagement and relationship management.
• Proven track record of leading complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams in consulting or corporate environments.
• Strong financial acumen with experience driving revenue growth and managing margins.
• Deep understanding of technology trends and dynamics within the Financial Services sector.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate, drive change, and maintain a strong professional brand in the industry.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Frankfurt HQ (Hybrid)
