What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions through systematic problem-solving processes.
• Analyze customer field issues using data-driven approaches and track weekly status and ownership.
• Execute Quality Engineering responsibilities for New Product Development (NPDP) projects and manage risk plans.
• Conduct customer visits to proactively document improvement needs and initiate corrective actions.
• Develop 8D and customer reports, communicating investigation outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
• Create analytic reporting on warranty data using Excel, SQL, and Power BI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an Engineering or Technical field.
• At least 5 years of professional engineering quality related experience.
• Proficiency in 8D problem solving, Root Cause Analysis, and FMEA.
• Experience with Six Sigma (DMAIC) and data analysis tools like SQL and Power BI.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and firmware design, reliability, and test validation.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the specified location without sponsorship.
