Senior/Lead Business Analyst, Oracle EPM & Reporting

Location: Richmond, Virginia, United States. US work authorization required; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Salary: $78,000–$107,250 per year, with 15% bonus potential.

What you will do

• Gather, document, and translate Finance requirements for Oracle FCCS, ARCS, PCM, and reporting initiatives.
• Support Oracle EPM applications and data flows between EPM, ERP, FDI, the Financial Data Repository, and downstream reporting.
• Enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting capabilities for Finance stakeholders.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing, define scenarios, track delivery timelines, and drive issues to closure.
• Tri​​age production issues and coordinate troubleshooting with IT and technical teams.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities using Oracle EPM capabilities, including AI-enabled features.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in an Analyst role.
• Experience in financial services and familiarity with Oracle products, Oracle EPM, Power BI, or comparable reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Oracle Financial Data Integration or willingness to develop expertise in EPM/ERP data flows.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, requirements analysis, testing coordination, and production issue resolution.
• Strong analytical, organizational, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• CPA license.
• Experience mentoring peers and leading complex requirements, testing, and production-support initiatives independently.
• Experience advising Finance leadership and IT partners or owning delivery for FCCS, ARCS, PCM, FDI, or Power BI reporting.
