What you will do

• Create, review, and maintain dashboards and datasets tracking project activity, energy savings, and incentive spending.
• Develop monthly program, market penetration, and market insight reports for internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Analyze data to identify trends, leading indicators, risks, and opportunities for program improvement.
• Support monthly and annual forecasts for kWh savings and incentive or budget spending.
• Monitor tariffs, legislation, policy changes, and equipment or environmental standards affecting program participation.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and presentations while maintaining data quality, accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in business, economics, data analytics, engineering, or a related field, plus 5 or more years of relevant experience; 8 or more years may substitute for a degree.
• Experience in energy-efficiency program analysis, market research, or a related analytical role.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, writing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with SQL and Power BI or Tableau; ability to work independently on complex projects and manage multiple priorities.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship or immigration support.
