Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: London, United Kingdom; in-person work at the office five days per week. Relocation assistance is available for candidates moving to London.

Salary: £100,000–£130,000 base salary, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end development of new user-facing features.
• Build agentic workflows, real-time collaboration features, and zero-to-one prototypes.
• Optimize the application for speed, scale, and reliability.
• Talk directly with users to understand problems and design solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and other cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• Engineering experience at technology and product-driven companies.
• Proficiency with TypeScript, Node, and React.
• Proficiency with relational databases such as Postgres.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, including AWS and Terraform.
• Willingness to work in person from the London office five days per week.
• Interest in AI/ML; direct experience is not required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Framer Motion, Tailwind, or Radix.
• Previous startup experience or strong interest in zero-to-one product development.
