What you will do

• Build and scale critical product capabilities across manager- and employee-facing interfaces, backend services, and data layers.
• Use AI tools throughout the development lifecycle and help improve AI-assisted engineering practices across the team.
• Design, review, and evolve highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable distributed systems.
• Write, review, and ship production code while working directly with infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product teams on integrations, shared standards, and architectural decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Professional experience with React, React Native, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Ability to design and architect highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable distributed systems.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Based within European time zones.
• Startup or scale-up experience, with a pragmatic and ownership-driven approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with NestJS.
• Experience with MongoDB.
