Product Engineer (AI)

Location: London, with at least 3 days per week in the office; flexible work-from-home days.

Salary: £110K–£200K per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Work across the full product development loop, from understanding customer needs to delivery and follow-up.
• Design and plan product features based on customer conversations, feedback, and emerging problems.
• Implement, test, and deliver features using Go, TypeScript, and React.
• Collaborate directly with customers through calls and Slack discussions.
• Use AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Wispr.

Requirements

• Product-minded approach with strong opinions about what should be built and why.
• Ability to work effectively with ambiguity, early ideas, incomplete problems, and changing priorities.
• Proactive ownership and willingness to address problems without waiting for formal assignment.
• Clear written and verbal communication with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to share work early, incorporate feedback, and adapt plans quickly.
• Ability to work from the London office at least 3 days per week.
