Growth Engineer (AI)

hirify.global builds infrastructure that connects AI agents with workplace tools such as GitHub, Gmail, Notion, and Salesforce. The product serves prosumers, developers, and enterprises through MCP/CLI, SDK, and enterprise offerings.

What you will do

• Own the Snowflake-based data lake and analytics foundation across MCP/CLI, SDK, and enterprise products.
• Build data pipelines, model clean tables, maintain data quality, and answer complex analytics questions.
• Instrument product funnels and connect usage signals with product-led sales handoffs.
• Build in-product upsells, onboarding flows, and actions such as booking sales meetings using Next.js.
• Run activation and reactivation campaigns, close funnel gaps, and improve retention.
• Partner with product, sales, marketing, and engineering to ship growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluent SQL and hands-on production experience with Snowflake or a comparable data warehouse.
• Experience with data modeling, pipelines, tracking, dashboards, and reasoning from funnel data.
• Strong frontend and backend engineering skills with fluency in Next.js and modern full-stack web development.
• Prior growth or product engineering experience at a startup.
• Ability to build with LLMs and stay current with the AI ecosystem.
• Ownership mindset, strong product judgment, and the ability to measure the impact of shipped work.

Nice to have

• Experience building a product or project that gained real traction.
• Presence in the AI community through open source, writing, or building in public.
• Interest in performance marketing and media mix modeling.
