Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: New York City HQ; on-site

Salary: $160,000–$200,000 base annually plus meaningful equity

hirify.global is building an automotive commerce and transaction platform that enables online vehicle purchases, financing, insurance verification, delivery, and dealer operations across 50 US jurisdictions.

What you will do

• Build and expand AI-powered sales workflows, including dealer-specific conversational agents and tool integrations.
• Develop full-stack product features using React, Node.js, Express, and NoSQL.
• Design account, user, and permissioning systems for transactions involving buyers, dealers, lenders, and sellers of record.
• Build dealer-facing configuration interfaces with strong attention to usability and product quality.
• Integrate with third-party dealer websites, Shopify themes, SaaS platforms, Stripe, Firebase, and legacy DMV systems.
• Own technical problems end-to-end, from defining what to build through implementation, debugging, and live customer launches.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering experience, with practical proficiency in React and backend architecture.
• Ability to work independently from problems rather than relying on fully specified tickets.
• Strong product instincts and attention to how dealer-facing software feels to use.
• Experience or interest in AI-integrated development and shipping AI-powered products.
• Comfort working with regulated industries, legacy dependencies, complex permissions, and systems spanning multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to work on-site at the New York City headquarters.
