Lead Payroll Implementation Consultant

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of complex payroll implementation projects for enterprise customers.
• Act as a trusted advisor by validating requirements, recommending best practices, and identifying opportunities throughout implementation.
• Lead technical workshops, define project plans, and communicate timelines, deliverables, risks, and project health.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, CX Engineers, delivery partners, Support, and Success teams to design and deliver custom solutions.
• Interpret customer business structures and map them to the hirify.global platform for usability and performance.
• Mentor junior consultants and train customer trainers to support successful adoption and transition to ongoing support.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in delivery, implementation, or project management, including at least 3 years as a payroll implementation specialist.
• Strong experience with implementation cycles for internally and externally managed initiatives.
• Ability to define and document requirements specifications, gap analyses, use cases, acceptance testing, process maps, and data flow diagrams.
• Experience establishing and meeting delivery schedules within tight deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS applications.
