Head of Client Delivery (AI & GTM Systems)

Location: South Africa; remote during U.S. business hours

hirify.global is hiring for a client-facing role focused on post-sales delivery, implementation, and long-term client success.

What you will do

• Own client onboarding, implementation, adoption, ongoing success, and expansion.
• Manage multiple implementations, timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, and blockers.
• Translate client goals and business requirements into AI, CRM, automation, GTM, and integration workflows.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, lead client reviews, manage escalations, and drive issues through resolution.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and leadership on integrations, custom use cases, retention, and expansion.
• Build scalable onboarding playbooks, SOPs, delivery processes, and client-health reporting.

Requirements

• Senior experience in Client Delivery, Customer Success, Implementation, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Account Management.
• Proven experience managing complex client implementations.
• Strong understanding of GTM systems, CRM platforms, automation, and integrations.
• Strong client-facing, stakeholder-management, project-management, problem-solving, and ownership skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English and availability during U.S. business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Clay, or similar AI and GTM tools.
• SaaS, AI, technology, or high-growth startup experience.
• Experience scaling Client Success or Implementation functions.
• Experience with complex technical integrations and automation workflows.
