Implementation Manager (Fintech)

Location: London, with 3 days in the office; implementation coverage across EMEA

Salary: £85,000–£120,000 per year, plus potential equity and bonus

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex Spend and corporate card implementations for enterprise and high-growth customers.
• Translate business requirements and solution designs into implementation plans, coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Advise customers on integration approaches, system configuration, solution design, APIs, and third-party connectors.
• Partner with activation, onboarding, account management, Sales, Product, Operations, Risk, and Solutions Engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot integration challenges and guide customers through complex configuration decisions without writing code directly.
• Create documentation, playbooks, and lightweight tooling while channeling customer feedback into Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or project/program management for complex technology or financial services implementations.
• 4+ years of client-facing delivery or professional services experience in SaaS, fintech, consulting, systems integration, or enterprise implementation.
• Experience delivering ERP, accounting system, or expense platform implementations and related GL, cost centre, entity, and card-feed data flows.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and influence skills, including communication with C-level executives and technical teams.
• Preferred: experience with API-based integrations, web and SSO concepts, solution architecture, project management certifications, or enterprise account delivery.
