TL;DR
Implementation Manager (Fintech): Managing end-to-end delivery of complex Spend and corporate card implementations for enterprise customers with an accent on ERP, HRIS, and API integration workflows. Focus on orchestrating cross-functional teams, designing scalable solution architectures, and ensuring high-quality go-live experiences across the EMEA region.
Location: Must be based in London (3 days in office required), with implementation coverage across EMEA.

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end delivery of complex Spend and corporate card implementations for enterprise and high-growth customers.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, shaping integration approaches, system configuration, and solution design.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate customer requirements into scalable architectures.
- Guide customers through complex configuration decisions and troubleshoot integration hurdles.
- Create internal documentation, playbooks, and tooling to support integration-heavy use cases at scale.
- Channel customer feedback into Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap and feature prioritization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or project/program management.
- 4+ years of client-facing delivery experience in a high-paced environment like SaaS, fintech, or consulting.
- Proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders including C-level executives.
- Experience delivering ERP, accounting system, or expense platform implementations (e.g., Netsuite, SAP, Oracle, Xero).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead steering meetings and influence decisions.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with API-based integrations and common web/SSO concepts.
- Formal project management or agile certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master).
- Experience managing strategic or enterprise accounts within a broader account team.
