What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of complex Spend and corporate card implementations for enterprise and high-growth customers.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, shaping integration approaches, system configuration, and solution design.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate customer requirements into scalable architectures.
• Guide customers through complex configuration decisions and troubleshoot integration hurdles.
• Create internal documentation, playbooks, and tooling to support integration-heavy use cases at scale.
• Channel customer feedback into Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap and feature prioritization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or project/program management.
• 4+ years of client-facing delivery experience in a high-paced environment like SaaS, fintech, or consulting.
• Proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders including C-level executives.
• Experience delivering ERP, accounting system, or expense platform implementations (e.g., Netsuite, SAP, Oracle, Xero).
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead steering meetings and influence decisions.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with API-based integrations and common web/SSO concepts.
• Formal project management or agile certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master).
• Experience managing strategic or enterprise accounts within a broader account team.
