What you will do

• Define and drive the roadmap for AI-powered legal technology solutions.
• Own the product backlog and prioritize work based on business needs, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
• Create detailed product specifications and comprehensive acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering, design, QA, and product leadership to deliver features from sprint planning through release management.
• Monitor delivery pipelines, identify blockers and dependencies, and facilitate solutions.
• Collect customer feedback, analyze usage metrics, and communicate product capabilities and timelines to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software development, legal technology, and/or product management.
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn and apply evolving AI technologies.
• Experience using qualitative and quantitative data for product prioritization and decision-making.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum or other product development methodologies.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and leadership skills, including communication with senior leadership.
• Experience with backlog management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
