What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting from kickoff to offer for a diverse set of roles.
• Drive the hiring funnel through inbound application review and proactive sourcing on LinkedIn.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role needs and ideal candidate profiles.
• Ensure a human-centered and respectful candidate experience throughout the process.
• Optimize recruitment systems, processes, and toolsets.
• Stay current on recruitment trends, including the impact of AI on hiring.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruiting.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience leading structured, equitable hiring practices, such as standardized rubrics and bias-mitigation.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track progress and outcomes.
• Ability to quickly ramp up on technical or specialized role requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and professionalism when communicating with diverse stakeholders.
