PC Support Technician

Location: Burlington, Kansas — onsite required. Schedule: four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with some flexibility.

What you will do

• Install, maintain, and upgrade workstation hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Support single-function and multifunction printers, smartphones, tablets, and mobile data systems.
• Perform PC moves and equipment upgrades.
• Resolve escalated Service Desk tickets and medium to highly complex technical issues.
• Troubleshoot conference-room A/V equipment and related technology.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365, and Teams.
• Understanding of DNS and Active Directory.
• Experience maintaining laptop and PC hardware and working with laser printer technology.
• Associate’s degree in a computer science-related field plus two years of desktop operating and networking systems experience, or four years of recent relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with MECM/SCCM, Citrix, virtual desktops, and other operating systems.
