What you will do
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for Windows OS, Microsoft 365 services, Office applications, and web-based platforms.
- Resolve hardware and software issues for mainstream products and specialized sleep diagnostic equipment.
- Maintain database and network security systems to ensure data confidentiality and system integrity.
- Deliver high-quality customer service with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Document technical processes and procedures accurately and comply with legal requirements.
- Collaborate with team members and continuously learn new technologies.
Requirements
- Location: Must work onsite in Fargo, North Dakota, United States
- Strong grasp of business technology principles with preferred industry certifications in computing, networking, and security.
- Over three years of customer service experience and background as an IT Help Desk Technician.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to regulatory compliance and accurate documentation.
