TL;DR
Technical Partner Operations Specialist (AI): Supporting partner use-case evaluations, platform enablement, communications, documentation, and issue coordination for an Earth observation platform with an accent on geospatial tools, remote sensing, and partner-driven product feedback. Focus on evaluating technical use cases, investigating partner-reported issues, building repeatable operational systems, and translating recurring needs for engineering and research.

Location: Seattle, WA; expected to work from the Seattle office

Salary: $89,520–$134,280 base annual salary

hirify.global is a Seattle-based nonprofit AI research institute developing foundational AI, open models, data, robotics, conservation, and climate solutions.

What you will do

  • Evaluate proposed partner use cases against current OlmoEarth platform capabilities.
  • Prepare relevant examples and co-lead platform introductions and enablement sessions.
  • Review and respond to partner inquiries, maintaining timely and well-documented CRM communications.
  • Coordinate meeting summaries, conference proposals, compliance questionnaires, and other partnership operations.
  • Investigate partner-reported issues and communicate findings clearly to engineering.
  • Identify recurring partner needs and support product scoping with engineering and research.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, customer success, account management, technical program management, or a related field.
  • Working experience with geospatial tools or platforms such as Google Earth Engine, QGIS, or ArcGIS.
  • Familiarity with remote sensing, Earth observation, or environmental science.
  • Strong written communication, technical curiosity, independent working ability, and effective prioritization and organization.
  • Experience building repeatable processes and operational systems, with a strong ownership mindset.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment verification is conducted through E-Verify.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a mission-driven or resource-constrained environment involving NGOs, government agencies, or research institutions.
  • Conceptual familiarity with AI/ML, including models, training data, and fine-tuning.
  • Comfort reviewing technical literature and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
