Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of strategic partners, driving both partner maturity and successful customer delivery outcomes.
- Act as a strategic advisor to partners on building and scaling their services practice, including delivery methodologies and GTM motions.
- Guide partners through complex enterprise AI and CX transformation programs to ensure measurable business impact.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product) to align implementation strategies and validate delivery approaches.
- Monitor partner-led implementations, proactively managing risks and escalations.
- Support the evolution of the Partner Success function by defining scalable programs, playbooks, and operational frameworks.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, consulting, partner management, or strategic delivery roles.
- Proven track record of managing complex enterprise engagements through global systems integrators or consulting firms.
- Strong understanding of enterprise delivery models, project governance, and implementation methodologies (e.g., SAFe Agile).
- Executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with partner leadership and technical teams.
- Experience with AI, cloud, automation, or enterprise technology ecosystems.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA (E-verify employer).
Nice to have
- Experience with conversational AI, CCaaS, or enterprise automation platforms.
- Experience supporting multi-region enterprise accounts and global delivery programs.
- Familiarity with sourced, influenced, and co-delivery partner ecosystem models.
