What you will do

• Architect and execute the end-to-end global GTM strategy for the KYB suite.
• Drive top-line revenue growth by identifying untapped market opportunities and enterprise demand.
• Partner with Product and Regulatory teams to ensure solutions remain best-in-class across regional landscapes.
• Act as the strategic connective tissue between Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success.
• Design and execute enterprise-wide enablement programs for 100+ team members.

Requirements

• 10+ years of deep, hands-on experience specifically within KYB solutions.
• Proven track record in B2B FinTech, Compliance, Identity Verification, or Risk Management.
• Thorough understanding of regional KYB requirements, AML directives, and corporate registry structures.
• Advanced command of sales analytics and CRM ecosystems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Exceptional negotiation and executive-level communication skills.
