Product Manager (B2B)

What you will do

• Define problem statements by interviewing stakeholders and users to understand the problem space.
• Craft proposals to justify resource allocations and secure necessary funding.
• Develop product strategies, identify hypotheses, and create roadmaps to drive business outcomes.
• Collaborate with designers and software engineers to develop, test, and release product features.
• Establish success measures and monitoring dashboards to iterate on the product based on outcomes.
• Drive product adoption by engaging with and supporting end-users.

Requirements

• Proven track record of driving tangible business outcomes.
• End-to-end experience working with design and engineering teams to build products.
• Experience working with enterprise or B2B customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage high-level stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and meet tight deadlines under pressure.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Confluence, JIRA, and Balsamiq.
• Degrees or diplomas in Computer Science or Product Management.
• Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analysis Professional.
