Platform Product Operations Lead (Crypto)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $96,000–$192,000 per year, excluding bonus, equity, wellness allowance, and other benefits.

What you will do

• Own platform product operations and launch readiness for B2B2C products including KYC/KYB, lending, and unified APIs.
• Coordinate roadmap milestones, compliance deliverables, infrastructure work, and external-partner execution across Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Finance.
• Run day-to-day operations for US-regulated entities, including operational risk, incidents, licensing maintenance, audits, examinations, and executive reporting.
• Lead operational work for US money transmitter and lending license applications, including NMLS filings, governance, controls, documentation, and approval support.
• Act as an operational counterpart to regulators and examiners and manage supervisory requests, incident notifications, and follow-up actions.
• Define operating metrics and improve the model for building and scaling regulated B2B products.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience, including strategy consulting and in-house operational execution.
• Experience in a scaling fintech, bank, or crypto company in operations, special projects, chief of staff, business operations, product operations, or a similar role.
• Experience with B2B or B2B2C businesses, platform teams, shared infrastructure, APIs, or partner operating models.
• Working familiarity with the US regulated financial landscape, supervision, examinations, licensing, and regulatory-change programs.
• Experience with compliance programs, including KYC/KYB onboarding, governance, controls, and operational risk management.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional programs without formal authority and communicate effectively with regulators, boards, engineers, and commercial partners.

Nice to have

• Crypto or digital-assets experience, including crypto-native treasury and custody operations.
• Experience as a founder, GM, or early operations hire at a fintech or crypto startup.
