Senior Product Manager - Digital Self Service (Fintech)

Location: Remote anywhere in the continental United States, or onsite at corporate locations in Utah or Arizona.

What you will do

• Own and maintain the product roadmap for post-approval customer experiences.
• Define use cases, features, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, design, stakeholders, customers, and market research.
• Design and improve digital self-service experiences across web and mobile.
• Configure, test, measure, and iterate on product experiences and AI chatbot workflows.
• Manage release schedules, stakeholder expectations, risks, timelines, blockers, and product performance.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in software product management.
• Experience managing post-approval or account-management products in a consumer-facing digital environment.
• Experience designing and iterating on self-service experiences that reduce customer effort.
• Experience configuring or optimizing AI chatbot workflows for customer resolution.
• Familiarity with financial services or fintech products, including payment flows, lease or loan lifecycles, and regulatory contexts.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, with strong communication, collaboration, and execution skills.

• Payment or billing product experience.
• Customer notification systems using push, email, or SMS triggers.
• Lease-to-own, BNPL, consumer lending, or other fintech experience.
• Mobile and web product experience.
• Risk product experience.
